Edward A. Grim

Board Founder/CEO

Edward brings over two decades of strategic leadership and operational expertise to the BAH! Scholarship Board. As a Senior Facilities Manager at Raytheon for more than 20 years, he excels in complex infrastructures and large-scale projects. Beyond his corporate career, Edward is the visionary behind the scholarship’s brand and mission, having founded TPT~Line IX LLC, which holds the trademarks for the Barbara Ann Horton Scholarship™ and the distinctive BAH! trademark.  His unique blend of corporate management and brand development ensuring that the scholarship is built on a foundation of professional excellence and a lasting legacy.

Daphne Cosby

Board Chairperson & Treasurer

Daphne Cosby is an Application Support Manager with over 30 years of professional experience, bringing a steady, solutions-focused approach to supporting mission-critical applications.

She is also deeply committed to community service, having volunteered with Crosslines Community Outreach for more than 25 years as a homebound shopper and served 6 years on the Advisory Committee Board of RSVP, an outreach program of CCO.  Daphne values leadership, service, and long-term dedication in both her professional and

Vicki Brown

Board Scholarship Chair

For the pasted 25 years Vicki has worked as an Accounts Payable Manager for a property management company in Dallas, Texas.

The TPT~Line IX LLC scholarship program began in 2007 and became The BAH!™ in 2019.

R. Jean Grim

Board Secretary

Jean brings a profound depth of advocacy and crisis intervention experience to The Barbara Ann Horton™ Scholarship Board. With a career spanning several critical sectors of social service, Jean has served as a Social Worker for Child Protective Services (CPS) and dedicated years to supporting survivors of domestic violence. Her commitment to community stability was further demonstrated through her leadership and support at a homeless shelter for women and children.

Currently, Jean serves as a Guidance Counselor for the Army Education Center, where she helps service members navigate their academic and professional futures. Her unique perspective on the intersection of education, social stability, and career development is invaluable to our mission of supporting students through The BAH!™ Scholarship.
